Life hereVoluntary dues

Support the association.

Membership is voluntary. Nobody is required to join or pay; the neighborhood is not an HOA and there are no assessments. Dues simply fund the work.

What dues pay for

  • The annual neighborhood meeting, the spring egg hunt, the new neighbor social and the Block Party
  • Seasonal activities for the neighborhood's children, and the holiday stroll and party
  • Plants, soil and mulch for the traffic circles and corner beds
  • Traffic and safety work with the City, and preserving RS-1 single-family zoning
  • The newsletter, the printed directory, welcome packets and the history booklet
  • This website (about $10 a year)

What you get

Mostly, a neighborhood that keeps working. Members receive the newsletter and directory. There is no members-only tier of Resident Hub: every approved resident has the same access whether or not they pay.
