Caring for Springdale since 1977.
A voluntary association of residents: a steward, an organizer, a convener, and when needed an advocate. It is not a homeowners' association and has no authority over private property.
How it works
A volunteer board meets monthly; meetings are open to residents. Committees form around what needs doing. Bylaws, minutes and budgets are published to residents through Resident Hub, where residents can also see who is on the board and its committees. The Social Committee plans the events.
Its mission
The mission of the Springdale Neighborhood Association (SNA) is to preserve, protect and improve the single-family residential character of the Springdale Neighborhood. The SNA encourages and supports programs and activities that promote neighborhood safety, camaraderie among neighbors and civic involvement in the York City Community.
