Privacy.

Short, because the practices are short.

Public pages collect nothing personal. No analytics scripts, no advertising, no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this site, so a public page makes no requests to anyone else at all.

Resident Hub stores what you enter when you register (name, email, street address, phone if given) so a person can confirm you live in Springdale, and what you choose to add afterwards (pets, directory listing, posts, recommendations). Sign-in is by emailed link; we store no passwords. A session cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days.

Your directory listing. Once an account is approved it appears in the resident directory — name, street, and the email and phone given at registration — the same details the association's printed directory has always carried, and only ever to other approved residents. All of it is yours to switch off: show your surname in full, as an initial or not at all, hide your email, hide your phone, or leave the directory entirely. Your household's listing and your own are separate: the household decides whether the house appears at all, and each adult decides what shows of their own. When a household moves away it leaves the directory the same day.

We keep no records of children. There is no place on this site to enter a child's name, age, photograph or school, and no plan to add one. A household that wants to say who is at home writes a line in its own words.

Who can see what. Board members and administrators see registration details in order to approve accounts and moderate content. Nothing in Resident Hub is public or indexed by search engines.

Where it lives. On Cloudflare's infrastructure, in a database backed up nightly and retained for 90 days. Email is sent through Resend.

Removal. Ask an administrator at springdaleyork@gmail.com; your account and everything attached to it are deleted within 30 days.
