The directory, documents and minutes, the pet register, the neighbor board, messages, and your own trash and dues information. No password: we email you a sign-in link. A neighbor checks that you live in Springdale before an account is approved, usually within a few days. Once it is, you are in the directory — name, street, email and phone — and you can switch off anything you would rather not show.
